Remember!!! We are having our Peg's Legs Meeting at the Healthcare Alternatives offices this Thursday, June 26th from 6 to 8pm. The address is 156-A Mokauea St. off of Nimitz. Phone number 845-5700.
We will be doing our usual update on Peggy and then Clarence and Diane from Hospice will be joining us to introduce themselves and talk about their role in the care plan. They will be touching base with the group and letting us know how they can support both Peggy and us as caregivers/loved ones. Peggy will NOT be attending this meeting.
Please RSVP by email to me! This will be a wonderful meeting and one not to miss. However, if you absolutely cannot make it, don't worry, we will share what is covered and there will be many more opportunities to connect with our Hospice team.
